Boardwalk Attractions is wholly-owned by National Events Management, a Virginia-based special events and midway management company. For over 25 years, National Events Management has provided various services to the events industry. Current and past clients include the City of Virginia Beach Parks and Recreation, the Suffolk Peanut Festival, the Pungo Strawberry Festival, Hampton Bay Days, and the State Fair of Virginia, among many others.

Our President, Joel Cadwell, has been actively involved in the Virginia Festivals and Events Association, first as a member of the Board of Directors for six years and as President in 1998.

We are members of the International Independent Showman's Association and the Virginia Festival and Events Association.

No other midway company comes with this unique combination of experience: first, we know what it takes to produce family-oriented carnival events. Second, we KNOW Hampton Roads!
